Stand Sizes
Please refer to the floor plans for site sizes and costs. Mark your two preferences on the enclosed application form. Should your stand preference not be available, we will allocate you to the next site available to best cater for your requirements. The minimum site allocation at all shows is 2.5 metres Maximum site sizes do apply at all shows and will be subject to the organizers discretion. The site maps are to be used as a guide only, for example, if a site is indicated on the map as 3.5 metres it can be decreased or increased if space permits.

Please check your invoices for confirmation of your site number and size.

Corner Stands
Are always popular and are limited in numbers. They offer the same floor space, with only one side wall (instead of two, allowing easier access to the public. These both are marked with a * and attract a "corner fee", so please refer to both fees on the floor plans. Corners not marked * do not attract a corner fee, but sometimes due to fire escapes etc maybe altered to a regular booth situation on setup. Do not assume the corner sites - not marked or charged as corners will remain as per plan (they are not corner stands).

Power/Lights/Trestles
To order your requirements please tick the appropriate box on the Application Form Display lighting & power usage is restricted to a maximum of 500 watts per stand. All late orders must be accompanied by payment prior to show. No phone orders.

Note: All electrical and lighting will be required to undergo testing, only equipment in good condition and approved, will be allowed on site.

Exhibitors Badges
Exhibitor badges must be collected on arrival at the information desk; exhibitors will not be admitted into the venue without clearly displaying their badges. For non profit organizations there will be a limit of 5 exhibitor badges per stand.

Security
Overnight security will be in place at all shows, either by a registered security agent, or electronic surveillance (where applicable).

Pack Up
Packing up may not begin until after the show/event has closed on its last day.
